Building great products is hard. Figuring out what to build is harder, and shipping it even more so. That's usually when founders call me.

I'm a Fractional CPO for early-stage founders and teams in fintech, crypto/RWAs, and AI. I help make the path forward clear — and because I've been hands-on my whole career, I make sure it actually ships.

Some of what I hear from founders:

• We have 40 customers asking for different things. I say yes to all of them and my team is drowning. How do I say no without losing them?
• My investors keep asking about our product strategy. Honestly, I don't have one — I have a backlog in Linear and a gut feeling.
• We built for 6 months and launched to crickets. Do we iterate or pivot? And how do I make that call?
• I know I should be the one leading product. But I've never done it before, and I don't have anyone to pressure-test my thinking with.
• Everyone tells me to hire a PM, but I keep reading that PM is dead. Do I need a PM or a Product Builder? I don't even know the difference.
